Do you offer in-person or virtual sessions?

I provide online therapy (telehealth) for adults in Colorado and Massachusetts. I’m based in Fort Collins, CO, and see clients across both states.

What states are you licensed in?

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Colorado and a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Massachusetts.

How long are sessions?

Sessions are usually 50–55 minutes.

Do you take insurance?

Yes. I’m in-network with Aetna, Cigna, and Carelon. I also provide superbills for clients who want to use out-of-network benefits.

What if I don’t have insurance or prefer not to use it?

My private pay rate is $140 per session. For those who need financial flexibility, I offer a limited number of sliding scale spots based on need.

What payment methods do you take?

I currently accept Credit/debit cards, Zelle, and Venmo.

What is your cancellation policy?

I understand that life can be unpredictable. If you give more than 48 hours’ notice, I’ll gladly work with you to reschedule at a time that fits. To respect both your time and mine, cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice are charged a $50 fee, and those with less than 24 hours’ notice are charged a $100 fee.
