Hi, I’m Beckett

My name is Rebecca “Beckett” Knudsen, and I’m a licensed therapist in Colorado (LPC) and Massachusetts (LMHC). Based in Fort Collins, Colorado, I offer telehealth sessions for adults in both states, along with limited in-person availability locally, including both office-based sessions and nature-based walk-and-talk options.

I work with adults navigating life transitions, exploring identity, and strengthening boundaries and communication. This process can involve moving through grief, sustaining recovery from addiction or unhelpful patterns, and creating healthier rhythms that align with your values. My style is warm, curious, and collaborative, with a strengths-based approach that helps clients reconnect with their own resilience.

My practice is trauma-informed and integrative, drawing from ACT, IFS, as well as somatic and mindfulness-based approaches. At its heart, this work supports deeper connection to self, stronger relationships with others, and a greater sense of belonging within the larger world we share.
